The Horizon Award is a special recognition from the Joint Leadership of the United States Congress and the Congressional Award Board of Directors. The Horizon Award recognizes individuals from the private sector who have contributed significantly to enhancing opportunities for all Americans by their personal contributions and have set outstanding examples to young people through their accomplishments in life. Tom was a wonderful player and was thrilled to be included in such an accomplished, experienced group. He was a hard worker and was a great player whenever his Magnum schedule allowed . He was conscientious and loved being with us. ".
